Troy Maxwell

Troy Maxwell is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for RBC US and RBC Capital Markets since September 2024. Previously, Troy held various leadership positions at RBC Capital Markets, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, from August 2005 to May 2016. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at CIBC World Markets from May 2002 to July 2005 and Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1989 to May 2002. Troy holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Waterloo, where education was completed from January 1984 to January 1989.
