Jesal Dhokia holds a BA Hons degree in Social Sciences from Brunel University and a Post Graduate degree in Leadership and Management from Solent University. Currently serving as Strategic Lead for Communities at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead since December 2017, Jesal has held various roles including Interim Assistant Director Strategy and Engagement and Partnerships and Community Service Lead, focusing on community resilience and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes roles at Slough CVS, where Jesal was Programme Lead for Healthy Ageing and Head of Operations, managing the Slough VCS SPACE consortium and fostering national relationships. Jesal has a background in project and strategic management within the voluntary sector, having held positions such as Strategic Partnerships Manager and Children and Young Peoples Development Manager, and possesses expertise in designing improvement projects and facilitating stakeholder consultations.
