Michael Shepherd is an experienced professional in sports and leisure management, currently serving as the Sport and Leisure Service Manager for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead since March 2022, overseeing multiple leisure facilities and trusts. Previously, Michael held key roles at Slough Borough Council, including Acting Active Communities Manager, where responsibility extended to major community projects, and Leisure Development and Client Manager, focusing on contract management and strategic program implementation.
