Additionally, Ton van Mil is a board member of AVAG and Greenports Nederland, actively promoting collaboration and innovation in the Dutch greenhouse construction industry and addressing national horticultural challenges. Involvement extends to memberships in VNO-NCW, Green Business Club, and Horti Club. Prior professional experience includes directorial roles in companies like WPS Horti Systems BV and HAWE Systems Europe, and strategic management at Priva. Education includes an MBA in Strategy from Business School Nederland and further studies at Nyenrode Business University and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
