Rick Doig

Rick Doig is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in directing technology initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Business Services at the Royal Canadian Mint since April 2017, Rick acts as the main liaison between business units and IT, leading significant corporate-wide projects, including the Digital Transformation Program. Previous roles include acting Chief Information Officer and Project Director for Corporate Transformation at the Royal Canadian Mint, and Senior Architect at Postmedia Network Inc., where Rick focused on assessing and implementing technology solutions. With a robust education background that includes a Post Graduate Degree in Digital Transformation from Purdue University and an Executive MBA from the University of Manitoba, Rick has developed a strategic approach to aligning IT initiatives with broader corporate goals throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades.
