Sharon Fisk possesses extensive experience in program and project management, notably in risk management and customer experience at the Royal Canadian Mint since October 2016. As the owner and consultant at SPF Consulting Services Ltd. since January 1997, Sharon has focused on enterprise program, project, and change management for strategic initiatives and innovative product introductions. Previous roles include program manager at The North West Company and Nomodic Modular Structures, consultant roles at Vantiv and various national retailers for PCI and EMV compliance, and director positions handling major projects at ATB Financial and FGL Sports Ltd. Educational qualifications include Change Management Certification from Prosci/AdPro, Project Management Certification from Mount Royal University, and a BA in Fashion Merchandising from Mount Saint Vincent University.
