Elsa Degoias

Elsa DeGoias, Ed.D, serves as a Senior Analyst for Disability Inclusion and ADA Compliance at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing employment initiatives for individuals with disabilities and leading employment strategies across the organization.
