Heather Bishop is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product management and e-commerce. Serving as Vice President, Digital Product and Head of E-Commerce at Royal Caribbean Group since December 2018, Heather leads digital initiatives to enhance customer engagement. Prior to this role, Heather was the Director of Compliance at Child's Play Therapeutic Homecare, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Heather's career at The Walt Disney Company spanned nearly a decade, where as Director of Digital Experience, Heather oversaw the digital strategy for Resorts and Transportation, developed user-centric roadmaps, and led global e-commerce strategies for ticket and resort sales. Earlier experience includes project leadership at MindComet, where Heather managed online marketing solutions. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
