Heather Ward

Heather Ward has a diverse background in the maritime and aviation industries, currently serving as a member of the Members Committee and the Code of Conduct Committee at ABTA since November 2016. With over two decades of experience at Royal Caribbean Group since September 2003, Heather has held multiple key positions, including Designated Person Ashore (DPA), Director of International Litigation & Legal Operations, and UK and Ireland Diversity & Inclusion Lead, where Heather successfully oversaw the launch of a Diversity and Inclusion program. Prior experience includes roles at Gulf Air from January 2001 to September 2003, culminating as a Customer Relations Manager. Heather completed education at Solent University in June 2021.
