Matthew Fleisher

Matthew Fleisher is currently the Sr. Manager of People Insights & Advanced Analytics at Royal Caribbean Group. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a People Analytics Manager at Afiniti and as a Director and Senior Manager of Global Talent Analytics at FTI Consulting. Matthew also has experience in academia, having worked as an Adjunct Faculty at both Georgetown University and The George Washington University. With a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Matthew has a strong background in research and analytics.
