Sascha Lang is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and design industries, currently serving as Vice President of Architectural & Design - Newbuild and Innovation at Royal Caribbean Group since September 2019. In this role, Sascha Lang leads efforts to innovate ship design within a global fleet of 65 vessels. Additionally, Sascha Lang has been a Board Member at the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce - Florida Chapter since June 2020. Previous positions include Chief Technical Development Officer at Katara Hospitality and Vice President of Design & Technical Services at Langham Hospitality Group. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at renowned companies such as MGM Hospitality and Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Sascha Lang has a strong background in project development and strategic expansion. Educational credentials include a diploma in Hotel Management from Hotelfachschule Zürich.
