Scott Kubic

Scott Kubic is the Director Talent Attraction - Global Sourcing & Programming at Royal Caribbean Group, where Scott leads the global talent attraction, sourcing, and global talent programs for the company. Prior to this role, Scott served as the Chief Talent Strategist at TalentMosaic and the Global Vice President Talent Acquisition at Zymergen. With a background in talent acquisition and strategy development, Scott has also held leadership roles at companies such as Amazon, SAS, Novitas Analytics, IBM, and SAIC. Scott holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Strategy from the State University of New York at Oswego.
