Joanne Delaney

Joanne Delaney is an experienced intelligence analyst with over 20 years of expertise in law enforcement. Currently serving at the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service since March 2010, Joanne specializes in telecoms and intelligence analysis related to serious crimes, including murder, drug trafficking, and cold case investigations. Previous roles include serving as a financial investigator at Northumbria Police and intelligence analyst positions at both the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service and Northumbria Police, where Joanne focused on various high-profile criminal offenses. Joanne also has a background as a statistical officer with the Department for Work and Pensions and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from Northumbria University.
