Fanny Vale

Fanny Vale is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant Manager at Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa since June 2021, Fanny previously held key positions at The Peninsula Paris from June 2014 to March 2022, including Directrice des restaurants et bars and Restaurant Manager for LiLi, and played a significant role in the restaurant's opening. Fanny's career began at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, where responsibilities included Restaurant Assistant Manager, Maître d’hôtel, Chef de rang, and Hostess at Shang Palace and La Bauhinia, contributing to their openings. Fanny also gained valuable experience at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as Chef de rang and Hostess at Hilton Arc de Triomphe.
