David Debord

David DeBord has a strong background in executive leadership and operations management. David began their career as a Process Engineer at ExxonMobil in 1988, before moving on to GE as a Manufacturing Manager and Process Engineer from 1989 to 1993. David then joined Pentair as the Director of Operations for the Structural North America Division from 1993 to 1998.

In 1998, DeBord joined State Industrial Products, where they held various roles including EVP of Operations and Marketing, President of UZ Engineered Products, and President of State Cleaning Solutions. During their time at State Industrial Products, DeBord managed multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers, and spearheaded the successful turnaround and expansion of the State Cleaning Solutions Division through acquisitions.
