Vincent Slevin

Vincent Slevin is the Founder and CEO of MODAL, a B2B SaaS company specializing in helping hospitality brands manage service inquiries through conversational channels, a venture that emerged from service design research at the Royal College of Art. In addition to leading MODAL, Slevin serves as a Visiting Lecturer and Research Lead in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, focusing on the integration of service design and conversational AI technologies. Previous experience includes significant roles at Samsung Electronics, where Slevin was the European Head of Mobile Sales for SMEs and established cross-product sales practices, along with positions at Panasonic and Southwing. Educational qualifications feature a PhD(c) in Conversational Service Design from the Royal College of Art, an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, and a Master of Arts from the University of Glasgow.
