Frances Stainer

Frances Stainer currently serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Royal College of General Practitioners, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Frances held the role of Head of HR at Crisis from January 2011 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team of 23 and implementing an HR Business Partner model.
