Danielle Carroll started their professional career in 2003 as the National Registrar at the National Christian Forensic and Communications Association. In 2006, they joined Biola University and held various roles such as Advancement Assistant and Manager of Foundation Relations. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at the Tate, where they held multiple positions including Research Officer, Research Manager, Research & Prospect Management Manager, and finally Head of Research & Data, Development Operations. Since 2020, Danielle has been working as the Head of Operations, Development & Alumni Engagement at the Royal College of Music.
