Mohammed As-Sultany currently serves as a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust since September 2024. Additionally, Mohammed holds the role of ATLS Instructor at The Royal College of Surgeons of England and is part of the Orthopaedic Academy Faculty, both since October 2021 and December 2020, respectively. Previous roles include Post CCT Wrightington Lower Limb Senior Fellow at Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust and Trauma & Orthopaedic Specialty Registrar throughout the Mersey Rotation. Educational qualifications include an MB ChB in Medicine from the University of Leicester, an MSc in Orthopaedic Engineering from Cardiff University, and advanced surgical training credentials from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
