Nevin Mathew S has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Information Communication Technology Enhancements Lead and previously as the Information Communication Technology Service Desk Team Lead and ICT Helpdesk at RCSI Bahrain since April 2014. Responsibilities include supporting audiovisual requirements, print management, active directory for staff and student accounts, and procurement of ICT peripherals, all while collaborating closely with staff and students to ensure high availability of services. Prior to this, Nevin held the position of Information Technology Technician at Hilal Computers from September 2008 to April 2014, where duties involved servicing Dell laptops and desktops, managing logistics for Dell hardware purchases, maintaining spare parts inventory, and collaborating with the Helpdesk team.
