Debbie Duru

Debbie Duru is a designer who currently works at Royal Court Theatre as part of The Living Newspaper design collective, alongside other designers. Debbie was also selected as a Linbury Finalist at National Theatre and worked as an associate set designer on a production at the same theater. In the past, Debbie has worked as a Visual Manager at The shop at bluebird, an Art Director for Alistair James, and a Freelance Designer at my-wardrobe.com. Debbie holds a Master's Degree in Set and costume design from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London.
