Erika Covarrubias

Erika Covarrubias has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erika is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Royal Electric Company since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Roebbelen Contracting, Inc. from May 2015 to February 2020. From July 2007 to April 2015, they worked at Vanir Group of Companies / Vanir Construction Management, Inc. in the role of Talent Acquisition / HR. Erika also has experience as an HR Intern at Kraft Foods in 2007 and Shepardson Insurance Services, Inc. in 2006.

Erika Covarrubias obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained two certifications. In February 2013, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
