Carlijn Grobben

Carlijn Grobben currently serves as an L&D Officer at Royal FloraHolland since November 2023 and is the Manager at Alpaca Eco Farm, a position held since July 2020, where recreational and team-building activities for individuals with disabilities are provided. Previously, Carlijn was the L&D Academy Coordinator at Schuberg Philis from June 2022 to November 2023, and held various roles at ProData Consult from April 2016 to May 2022, primarily focusing on IT recruitment as Team Lead Recruitment and Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles in sales support and credit management at Essent and Energiedirect.nl, respectively, and an internship in legal support with the Nederlandse Ski Vereniging. Carlijn completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Rechtsgeleerdheid at Tilburg University from 2006 to 2013 and attended Mill-Hill College from 1999 to 2005.
