Anh Do

Anh Do joined RFBI as the Risk and Compliance Officer in 2021 before being appointed Head of Home and Community Care in 2022.

Anh started her career in acute care in Vietnam before moving to Australia in 2008 and since then has obtained extensive aged care experience through a variety of roles. She believes that seniors should experience the best possible chapter of their life in a supportive environment such as the residential aged care villages.

Anh is passionate about empowering others and has a proven record of successfully coaching staff members for succession plans, helping them step up into management roles such as General Managers and Care Managers.
