Anna-Maria Wade

Anna-Maria joined RFBI as Chief of People and Culture in 2022. She has a diverse background with experience across multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing, recruitment, and vocational education.

Since 2010, Anna–Maria has worked in the NFP aged care sector: initially in an HR capacity in rural NSW and more recently in Employee Relations with Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA).

Anna–Maria was also actively involved in industrial matters of national interest including the Aged Care Work Value case currently underway in the Fair Work Commission.
