Louanne Riboldi

Louanne Riboldi joined RFBI in 1997 as part of the administration team and in 2000 became a Self-Care Manager. Since then, she has taken on multiple roles including General Manager and Regional General Manager before becoming RFBI’s Chief of Operations in 2016.

Louanne believes that working in aged care is a privilege and that they provide an essential service that needs to be recognized in the wider community. She strongly believes in her staff and their ability to provide a quality of life for the elders.
