Sheanghai Lao

Sheanghai Lao is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wing since May 2015 and the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Royal Group of Companies since July 2021, Sheanghai has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Previous roles include Head of Business HR at CamGSM Company Limited (MobiTel) and various HR positions at Cambodian Broadcasting Service Company Limited (CTN/MYTV). Sheanghai holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Panhasastra University of Cambodia and dual Bachelor's degrees in English from the Institute of Foreign Languages and Business Administration from the National University of Management.
