Tony Minns has an extensive education history in the field of Hydroinformatics and Civil Engineering. Tony obtained a PhD in Hydroinformatics from both Delft University of Technology and UNESCO-IHE in 1998. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Computational Hydraulics at IHE-Delft in 1985.
