30 years of experience as a partner with Deloitte, the last 20 of which as the CEO of the regional firm. Strategic planning and leadership were key focuses and tenets of the role. This included crafting multi- year strategic plans and ensuring their execution. He also headed the Executive Committee which is comprised of the five business leaders (Audit, Tax, Consulting, Risk Advisory and Financial Advisory) as well as leaders of the enabling areas (HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, legal and IT). During that period, he lead the transformation of the firm from an “audit centric” business into a multi-disciplinary professional firm with a balanced portfolio of businesses all while growing revenues by 15 times and headcount from 500 to 5,500.
