Carlota Garcia-Manas

Carlota Garcia-Manas, MSc, is an experienced leader in climate transition and ESG engagement, currently serving as the Head of Climate Transition and ESG Engagement at Royal London Asset Management since July 2019. Carlota is responsible for developing RLAM's Climate Transition Plan and Net Zero strategy, offering climate subject matter expertise across various teams, and managing a team of engagement specialists. Previous roles include Senior Responsible Investment Analyst at RLAM, Non Executive Director and Advisor to the Board at SCB Group, and Senior Investment Stewardship Analyst for the Church Commissioners for England. With an extensive educational background, including graduate degrees in Environmental Economics and Civil Engineering, Carlota also holds certifications in corporate governance and sustainable finance.
