Roger Manning

Roger Manning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and project leadership at Royal Mail since February 2000. Serving as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst Manager, Roger oversees the deployment of performance metrics across 300 offices, managing over 5,000 colleagues and implementing World Class Manufacturing principles to enhance regional KPIs. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager, Roger led a team in South Wales, Gloucestershire, and Bristol, focusing on continuous improvement in delivery units. As a Quality Control Manager at Swindon Mail Centre, Roger managed over 40 teams, utilizing quality tools to address defects and achieve high-quality standards. Earlier, Roger worked as a Landscape Design Architect at Royal Connections, where design skills were recognized with a Bronze Award at the Chelsea Garden Festival. Educationally, Roger holds an NVQ Level 4 in Landscape Architecture from Hartpury University and a National Diploma in Design and Applied Arts from Saintbridge.
