Roy Uriely

Roy Uriely is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel (Commercial and Technology) and Head of Commercial Transactions at Royal Mail since November 2016. Prior to this role, Roy held various positions including Group Head of Legal, Senior Legal Counsel, and Legal Counsel at Premier Foods from March 2007 to September 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Group Lawyer at RHM plc (2005-2007), Sole Legal Counsel at TheoFinance Plc (2001-2004), and Trainee Lawyer at ZAG-S&W (Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer & Co.) from 1998 to 2000. Roy Uriely obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with 1st Class Honours from Tel Aviv University, graduating in 1999.
