Matt McConnell has a wide range of experience in the construction industry, having worked in various roles including Director of Construction, Director of Projects and Technology, Division Manager, and Project Manager at ROYAL. Prior to that, Matt was a Lead Technician at Harvest Productions INC. and an Installation Technician at Precision Custom, Inc. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Project Management/Business Management from Avila University, a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago, and an Associate's degree from Johnson County Community College.
