Valerio Ferracci is a Senior Scientist at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) since 2023, having previously served as a Higher Research Scientist at NPL from 2012 to 2016. Ferracci has been affiliated with Cranfield University since 2017, holding positions as a Visiting Fellow, Academic Fellow, and Research Fellow. Additionally, Ferracci has been an Associate Editor for Atmospheric Science Letters under the Royal Meteorological Society since August 2019. A Visiting Researcher and Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge from 2016 to 2020, Ferracci conducted doctoral research at University College London (UCL), earning a PhD in Atmospheric Chemistry in 2012, focused on Kinetic Studies of Gaseous Halogen Oxide Radical Reactions. Ferracci completed an MSci in Chemistry at UCL in 2012.
