Paul Kroon

Paul Kroon has extensive experience in financial management and control, currently serving as Manager Financiën, Planning & Control at Koninklijk Nederlands Meteorologisch Instituut (KNMI) since June 2019. Previously, Paul Kroon held various managerial roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. since July 2010, including Manager Controlling IT and Manager Planning & Control. Prior to that, Paul Kroon managed Accounting, Reporting & Controlling at Fortis Bank Nederland from October 2004 to June 2010 and served as Senior Operations & Logistic Controller at Campina Nederland BV between September 2002 and July 2004. Early in the career, Paul Kroon was a Commercial Financial Analyst at Coca-Cola European Partners from July 1996 to August 2002. Educational qualifications include a Green Belt in Theory Lean Six Sigma from the University of Amsterdam, NIMA A+B from NIMA, and a Bachelor's degree in Economie from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam, complemented by a propedeuse in Bedrijfseconomie from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
