Manager, Audience Insights at Royal Ontario Museum

Eva Tolkunow is a seasoned professional in audience insights and market research, currently serving as the Manager of Audience Insights at the Royal Ontario Museum since February 2015. In this role, Eva focuses on brand positioning, segmentation research, and concept research to enhance audience engagement and inform long-term brand strategy. Prior to this, Eva held the position of Consumer Insights Specialist at Hallmark Cards, contributing strategic insights for product development and sales strategies. Experience also includes roles as Research Manager in Canada for World Wrestling Entertainment, Research Project Director at Synovate, and Senior Research Methodologist at Numeris, demonstrating a strong background in consumer behavior and data analysis across various industries. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical and Environmental Geography from the University of Toronto and is pursuing a CMRP designation from the MRIA School of Marketing Research.
