Franca Montalbetti

Franca Montalbetti has extensive experience in the arts and visitor services, currently serving as a Volunteer Gallery Guide at the Art Gallery of Ontario and as a Visitor Guide/Receptionist at the Royal Ontario Museum since 2017. Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting visitors, and coordinating tours and orientations for volunteers to enhance the visitor experience. Franca has also volunteered as a Gallery and Audio Guide at the Art Gallery of Ontario since 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Drawing and Painting and Textile Art from OCAD University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Floral Design from the Canadian Institute of Floral Design.
