Mary Anne Bueschkens MBA, JDLaw, ICD.D, GCB.D is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and corporate management. Currently serving as Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee and a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee at Algoma Steel Inc. since October 2021, and as a board member at the Royal Ontario Museum since June 2009, Mary Anne has held various key positions, including Vice-Chair of the Board at ABC Technologies and Chief Executive Officer in previous roles. With a solid educational foundation in law and business, including a Juris Doctor from York University and an MBA from the University of Windsor, Mary Anne has further enhanced expertise with additional certifications in corporate governance and sustainability from the University of Toronto.
