Lorimar Martinez

Lorimar Martinez is an experienced construction project manager currently working at Royal Palm Companies since January 2023. Previously, Lorimar served as a Senior Project Manager at Coastal Construction Company from March 2022 to December 2022 and held the position of Director of Plaza Homes and Project Manager at Plaza Construction from February 2013 to March 2022. Lorimar's earlier experience includes roles in project controls at Aireko Enterprises from May 2011 to March 2013 and as an Architect in Training and Project Architect at GA Management & Consulting Group from October 2009 to May 2011. Lorimar holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Universidad Politecnica de Puerto Rico, earned in 2009.
