Irene Carrillo is an accomplished Community Manager with extensive experience in property management and community oversight. Currently serving as Community Manager CAM at Eighteen Capital Group since December 2017, Irene previously held the same title at Omninet Capital with Pioneer Management from September 2014 to December 2017, where responsibilities included the operation and oversight of a 248-unit property. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Property Manager- Lease Up at Heiser Development Corp/Harris Management and Leasing Manager at BH Management Services, LLC, with a focus on resident qualification and conflict resolution in both English and Spanish. Irene began their career as a Paid Intern at Austin Youth River Watch, where water quality testing was performed for local agencies. Irene has education from Austin Community College.
