Darcy Kernel has been working in the compliance and administration field since 1996. Darcy started at Walmart Canada as an Administration/Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for a team of direct reports, store operations, audits, food safety, health and safety policy compliance, customer accident claims management, and more. In their current position as Admissions Associate at Royal Roads University, Darcy continues to use their skillset to ensure compliance with regulations.

Darcy Kernel has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Brandon University. Darcy is currently working towards a Professional Certificate in Management and Leadership from Royal Roads University. Darcy has also completed a course in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta, and has a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Victoria.
