Gigi Choy

Gigi Choy is an experienced professional in event coordination and hospitality management, currently serving as the Event Coordinator for Campus Services at Royal Roads University since February 2020. Gigi has a diverse background, having worked as a Partner at Haul This since November 2011, and previously held roles such as Reservations Manager at Inn at Laurel Point and Sales and Catering Manager at both Villa Eyrie Resort and Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit. Additional experience includes positions at The Hotel Grand Pacific, where Gigi progressed from Senior Reservation Agent to Conference Services Manager, and co-operative work terms at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler and The Fairmont Empress Hotel. Gigi holds a Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma from Camosun College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
