Kellie Garrett

Kellie Garrett, PCC, ICD.D, is the CEO of Kellie Garrett Enterprises since December 2013, specializing as a professional speaker, executive and life coach, and corporate director with expertise in strategy, governance, and leadership consulting. From January 2024, Kellie serves on the Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation, contributing to the Coaching Education Board. As a Sessional Instructor at Royal Roads University since May 2019, Kellie teaches online courses focused on various leadership themes. In addition to roles as an executive coach with Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge and involvement with the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the Autism Resource Centre, Kellie has previously held senior leadership positions at Farm Credit Canada, overseeing areas such as strategy and communications. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads University and several executive leadership programs from Harvard Business School.
