Sinive Seely Ma

Sinive Seely MA, CEC, PCC is an experienced leadership development and coaching professional currently serving as Associate Faculty for the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University and as Manager of Leadership Development and Engagement at Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children. With a robust background in organizational development, Sinive has held key roles such as Principal at the Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership and Manager of Organizational Development at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation. Additionally, Sinive is a Fellow Coach with BetterUp and a Coach Faculty and Mentor Coach with Coaching Out of the Box®. Sinive's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Lethbridge.
