Katelyn Heise

Katelyn Heise has extensive experience in sales operations, having served as the Sales Operations Manager and Senior Sales Specialist at Royal Robbins since February 2016. In this role, Katelyn acts as the primary liaison between the North American external sales team and internal resources, ensuring that content, tools, reports, and programs are effectively delivered to support the sales team and wholesale retail partners. Earlier positions include Product Line Coordinator and Materials Coordinator at lucy activewear, as well as similar roles at The North Face and Royal Robbins Inc. Katelyn's career began with a focus on retail sales and office management. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family & Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Textiles and Merchandising from the University of Wyoming.
