Mahmoud al-Bdour

Mahmoud Al-bdour has extensive experience in sustainable development and conservation, currently serving as مدير برامج at RSCN since January 2019 while also consulting with GOPA Consultants. Mahmoud has led the sustainable development plan for Wadi Al-Karak, developed capacity-building programs for ecotourism providers, and conducted comprehensive assessments of ecosystem services in the area. Previously, Mahmoud held the role of Project Manager at THE ROYAL SOCIETY FOR NATURE CONSERVATION from May 2010 to December 2015, where responsibilities included community consultation and preparation of restoration plans. Earlier experience includes serving as Conservation Advisor at the Aqaba Special Economic Zone from March 2003 to April 2010, focusing on capacity building and training programs for local management. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Architecture in Animal Production and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering from the University of Jordan.
