Dean Neubauer

Dean Neubauer serves as an Engineering Fellow, Chief Statistician, and Data Analytics Leader at Corning Incorporated since June 1981. In addition to this role, Dean holds the title of Fellow at the Royal Statistical Society, a prestigious institution with a history dating back to 1823. Dean has been recognized as an ASQ Fellow, having previously chaired the Chemical and Process Industries Division, and co-authored a book on Process Quality Control. At ASTM International, Dean is also an ASTM Fellow, with a history of leadership in the E11 Committee on Quality & Statistics and contributions to various committees and publications. Additionally, Dean contributed to academia as a Retired Adjunct Professor Emeritus at the Rochester Institute of Technology from September 1992 to May 2018, teaching a range of courses in the master's program. Dean Neubauer earned a Master of Science in Statistics with a perfect GPA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Iowa State University.
