Head Of Conferences & Events at Royal Statistical Society

Paul Gentry has a work experience that includes positions at the Royal Statistical Society and with Bob Russell MP. Paul started their career at the Royal Statistical Society as an Administrative Officer from January 1999 to July 2002. Paul then became the Meetings & Conferences Manager from August 2002 to November 2015, where they oversaw the organization of the Society's annual international conference. From November 2015 to August 2022, they served as the Conferences & Events Manager, responsible for managing the Society's annual international conference and high-profile events. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Conferences & Events, starting in August 2022. Prior to their work at the Royal Statistical Society, Paul Gentry served as the Head of Office for Bob Russell MP from May 1997 to December 1998.

Paul Gentry received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Politics from the University of Essex, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their education, they obtained a certification as a Full PCO member from ABPCO in March 2015.
