Raman SG has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Assistant Underwriter for Commercial Mid Corporate at Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited since October 2019. Prior to this role, Raman held the position of Channel Sales Manager for Agency Commercial Lines at Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited from June 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing a diverse non-motor portfolio and monitoring channel partners' performance. Raman began the career as a Management Trainee in Health Agency at ICICI Lombard from March 2015 to June 2016, focusing on sales budgets from partner channels. The career commenced as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft between October 2010 and May 2013, managing client requests and developing test scripts. Raman holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Engineering from Velammal Engineering College (2006-2010).
