Paul Bank

Paul Bank serves as the Finance Director for the Cuban joint venture, Cervecería Cubana, at Royal Swinkels, overseeing Finance, Procurement, and IT since September 2023. Prior to this role, Paul worked at dsm-firmenich from March 2021 to August 2023 as the EMEA Senior Operations Controller, focusing on financial planning, cost control, and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, experience includes managing global supply chain financial operations at GrandVision NV and various finance roles at Colgate-Palmolive, where responsibilities spanned financial planning, procurement cost control, and general accounting in Venezuela. Earlier positions at C.A. Ron Santa Teresa, Beiersdorf, and Ford Motor Company encompassed project management, commercial control, and treasury analysis. Education includes a Master in Business Administration from Tilburg University and a program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
